Cheltenham classes are priced depending on……

Bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Wear comfortable loose clothing and layers are always a good idea!
If you’re new and don’t have a mat, please ask Claudia to lend you one.

People usually arrive 10 minutes before in person classes to get settled in.

One to One

I also offer individual sessions in person or online via zoom.

Whether you are new to yoga, have any injury of physical limitation that requires a more personal hands on approach or simply prefer to practice at a time when it suits you, I am available at different times of the week.

Private sessions are £50 for one hour and can be shared with a friend to split the cost.

Please contact Claudia for further information and availability.

‘I started attending Claudia’s yoga class 18 months ago as a total novice, I love her approach to the practice, especially the focus on breath and gentle movement.

My Dad also practices yoga and we’d been talking about how much I was enjoying the classes, so I suggested he come along and try it out, we now attend together every week.

The classes are aimed at all abilities and are really inclusive, suitable for the whole family!’
